Dedicated support for brilliant small business owners who are drowning in the day-to-day.

Feeling like you're juggling everything at once? I'm Abbey. I take the admin, operations and behind-the-scenes running of your business off your plate - the things you can't, won't, or shouldn't be doing yourself - so you can get back to the work you actually love.

I don’t just do the tasks, I think about them, properly, so you can actually put them down.

You didn't start your business to do the admin.

But somehow it's taken over. The work you’re good at waits while you clear the inbox. Or the inbox waits until the evening, when you'd rather be doing anything else. Either way, it's you doing it, because there's no one else to.

It takes time. It takes attention. And it keeps coming back to you.

It's not that you're disorganised. But there's only one of you.

That's where I come in.

Not as a spare pair of hands to run down your to-do list. What you actually need is someone who treats your business like a business - who uses their initiative, catches the thing that's about to go wrong, and knows when to ask rather than guess.

Because handing something over shouldn't mean explaining it three times and checking it twice. That's not handing it over. That's just holding it at arm's length.

Don't just take my word for it

“Abbey was an incredible asset to my business, offering invaluable support with a range of tasks, from document creation to email management. She is extremely organised, efficient, and always approaches each task with professionalism and care. Abbey’s ability to anticipate needs made my work so much easier, and I truly appreciate all her efforts. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of reliable and skilled assistance.”

Here’s what I can take off your plate

A bit about me

I'm Abbey. I set up Fern & Willow because I'm good at exactly the things most business owners dread - the admin, the organising, the details that have to be right. The stuff that drains you tends to be the stuff I enjoy doing. (I own a label maker that I use at any opportunity. Make of that what you will.)

I've got a Fine Art degree from Central Saint Martins, two labradors called Frank and Arthur, and no time for things being done half-heartedly. When I take something on, I treat it like it's for my own business - because for as long as I'm working on it, it may as well be.

I work weekdays, I don't do 24/7, and that's exactly why the business owners I work with can finally switch off. Because you can't relax over the weekend if your work's being done at all hours. Boundaries only work if I keep them too.

Before you hand anything over

Trusting someone with your business is a big deal, and I don't take that lightly. So here's some reassurance in black and white: I’m registered with ICO, insured, CPD accredited, and vetted.

What happens when you get in touch

Getting help shouldn't feel like another job to add to the list. Here's how simple it is:

Step 1: Decide what you want to delegate.

Have a nosy at what I do here. Whatever you dread most is usually a good place to start.

Step 2: Send me an email.

Nothing fancy, just tell me what you want help with. My email is: hello@fernandwillowservices.co.uk

Step 3:We have a chat.

A free, no-obligation call to see if we'd be the right fit. No pressure, no pitch.

Step 4: Then we go from there.

You make the decision, and if it's a yes, we start working together. That's it!

You don't have to be the one doing everything anymore.

You've seen what I can take on. When you're ready to hand something over, just let me know. No pressure, no pitch - just a conversation about how I can support you and your business.

Drop me an email at hello@fernandwillowservices.co.uk and we'll take it from there.
