Hourly rate: £35

Retainers
Looking for a steady stream of support? My retainer hours allow you to secure my time in advance, giving you priority over ad hoc bookings to ensure you have the assistance you need. Perfect for ongoing tasks or regular support, so you can stay organised and keep things running smoothly.

Inbox & Diary Management - £850 per month
Your inbox and diary, fully managed, so they stop running your day.
→ Inbox checked twice per working day, Monday to Friday.
→ Routine enquiries answered on your behalf, to your standards.
→ Urgent emails prioritised and flagged, with the context to deal with them.
→ Holding replies sent where needed, so nobody's left wondering.
→ Emails labelled and filed, template replies built for the questions that repeat.
→ Outstanding emails and confirmations chased.
→ Your diary managed: bookings, appointments, moves and cancellations, with room left for travel, lunch and breathing space.
→ Responses within one working day.
Best for: Established business owners whose inbox has outgrown the time (or patience) they have to deal with it.
Optional add-on
Inbox & Diary Action Tracking - £150 per month
A project management system for the actions that come out of your inbox and diary, so nothing gets lost between "someone mentioned it" and "someone did it."
→ Actions captured as they arise, from emails, diary requests and other messages
→ Outstanding actions and responses tracked, due dates kept up to date
→ Items awaiting your decision or information monitored and chased
→ Requests you add directly picked up too, like the call you were asked about over WhatsApp
→ The loop closed once it's done
Setup: £100 to £150 one-off (£100 within a system you already have, £150 built from scratch).
Best for: a busy inbox where things get agreed and then slip, and you want a clear view of what's outstanding without holding it all in your head.
Branded Document Design - from £275
You bring the copy and the branding. It comes back a polished, on-brand document you're happy to put in front of clients.

Best for: the lead magnet or proposal that's been on your list for months, that needs to look like it’s for your business rather than a generic template.

Best for: the talk, pitch or webinar where the deck needs to do you justice, without you losing a weekend wrestling slides into shape.
Ongoing Support Packages
Looking for regular support month to month, rather than a one-off job? We can work together on a retainer - a set number of hours each month for ongoing, varied support. Your work gets prioritised, and the longer we work together the more I understand how you and your business works.
£35 an hour, whichever level you're at. Those hours are reserved for you.
Fixed-price packages handle the things best done as a set outcome - your inbox, a document, a presentation. A retainer covers everything else around them. Plenty of people combine the two: the inbox package to keep that handled, plus a set number of retained hours for the rest.
Light-touch
For keeping on top of the specific things that would otherwise slip. A few hours a month, handling the bits you've handed over, so they stop nagging at you.
5 hours a month | £175 per month
Regular Support
For handing over a proper chunk of the day-to-day, not just the odd job. A reliable weekly rhythm where the admin, operations and general running of things are kept on top of, so you're not the one holding it all. Enough to make a real dent in your week, and your headspace back with it.
15 hours a month | £525 per month
